If you are unsatisfied or something is defective, we’ll replace or refund it.
12-MONTH WARRANTY
All Obscurity products are covered by a 12 month warranty provided by Flaming Metal Fish Ltd.
To make a return or warranty claim, contact us with your order number and photos if applicable.

Our products are made to be durable, but a little care will help keep them looking and performing their best.
GENERAL CARE
KEEP IT DRY
Moisture can cause MDF to swell or warp.
CLEANING
Wipe with a dry or slightly damp cloth.
STORAGE
Keep your box in a dry environment when not in use.
PAINTING & CUSTOMISING
LIGHT SANDING
Lightly sand before painting.
PAINTS & PRIMERS
Use acrylic paints or water-based primers.
EXTRA PROTECTION
A clear matte spray can provide additional protection.
WHAT TO AVOID
Water exposure — MDF absorbs moisture quickly.
Heavy impacts — Corners can dent if dropped.
Long periods of direct sunlight — Can cause fading or slight bowing.
Damp storage — Avoid damp garages or sheds.
